Though singing is what initially got her into theatre, Siobhan has become more and more confident as an actor and is even on her way to graduating with a dual degree in Musical Theatre and Acting.
Siobhan's acting teachers at The Second City gave her confidence when she was in high school, along with director Dana Armstrong who entrusted her with the role of Titania in Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (a full role she learned in under two weeks).
In college, Siobhan grew exponentially as an actor due to her wonderful acting teachers Mitzi Smith and Dr. Laura Lodewyck, and expanded her theatre knowledge through her Theatre History and Literature classes with Dr. John Warrick.
Siobhan has done scene work as May in Shepard's Fool for Love, George in Albee's Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Bree in Amina Henry's Bully and Ranevskaya in Chekov's The Cherry Orchard.
Siobhan was cast in two shows as part of the 2023 Student Director Showcase at North Central College, where she played Twig in Selfie Portrait (directed by Lucas Fawer) and Jerry in the final scene from The Zoo Story (director Junrong Qian).
Some of Siobhan's dream roles include Charlotte Corday in The Revolutionists by Lauren Gunderson, Rachel in David West Read's Dream of the Burning Boy, Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Pamela in The 39 Steps.
